This project includes the elevation design and repair of an existing, historically eligible house in the San Jacinto neighborhood. The house was purchased by the Galveston Historical Foundation (GHF) under the CHDO program for the purpose of low-moderate income housing.

The project includes:

• selective demolition and salvage

• a new foundation

• changes to floor plans to create a more functional house

• repairing and maintaining historic building materials whenever possible

• lifting and leveling the structure
